Job Summary:
The Order/RGA Processor processes orders/rga in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on the release of orders to our warehouse teams. Constantly look for areas for efficiency improvement, and achieve higher level of customer satisfaction. Process orders/rga’s accurately to ensure shipments are accurate, efficient and timely including but not limited to product match specifications, data entry, back orders, cost effective freight or local pick up. The objective is to process orders/rga with a focus on providing exemplary customer service.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Same day processing of orders. 72-hour processing of rga.

Maintain the daily open order report to ensure orders are being released.

Communicate with the shipping department regarding shipment changes and cancellations.

Communicate with the inside sales team and/or outside sales rep agencies.

Identifies and contacts customer regarding discrepancies in orders/rga.

Work with team to ensure the entire order processing function is running efficiently.

Maintain the process flow of backorders and hold for release.
Critical Success Factors:

Monitor actionable metrics to ensure the order processing function is running efficiently

Utilize tools that automatically extract, classify and validate order data

Maintenance and processing of backorder files, pending files and hold for release files
Requirements:

Effective communication written and verbal communication skills.

Must be highly detail oriented.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with EDI situations from a user perspective a plus.
