Babydoll Hair Salon is looking for passionate and experienced stylists to join our team! Since opening in 2011, we’ve built a fun, supportive salon environment focused on growth, education, and beautiful results for our clients.
Our stylists provide services including Haircutting, Coloring, Highlighting, Scalp Treatments, Styling, etc. while helping clients feel confident and cared for. We are proud to be the only L’ANZA Healing Center in Arizona, which means our team receives exclusive education and training with L’ANZA along with continued in-salon education throughout the year.
New stylists complete our 8-week training program designed to help you build confidence, master our systems, and grow your clientele.

Specific Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Consult with clients and recommend styles and products
- Maintain client records and confidentiality
- Follow Arizona State Board of Cosmetology health and safety standards
- Recommend and sell professional retail products
- Participate in quarterly education classes and monthly staff meetings
- Arrive on time and prepared for each shift
- Support salon marketing and social media initiatives

Skills
- Strong customer service and consultation skills

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
