Grizzly Broadband. L.L.C. provides reliable internet, computer services, and technology solutions. We are looking for a Field Technician to deliver an excellent customer service experience. We believe everyone should have access to the best technology!
Field Technicians deliver high-quality installations, service, and customer experiences while maintaining safety, accuracy, and operational standards. This role represents Grizzly Broadband and is often the only face-to-face interaction customers have with the company.
Position Highlights:
- New customer on-site internet installations (wiring and equipment)
- Troubleshooting through on-site service calls for existing customers
- Assess needs and provide solutions for internet service
Key Qualifications:
- Valid State of Montana Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics, crawl spaces)
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, or walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher.
