About the Role:
Renew Medic by ARK is looking for a skilled Lead Cabinet Technician to join our growing team in Wyoming, MI. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and is driven to help home owners get back to the norm after a water or fire event. Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute cabinet removal and installation projects from start to finish
- Lead by example with professionalism and quality
- Safely remove existing cabinetry with minimal damage to surrounding surfaces
- Coordinate with project managers, coordinators and other trades to keep jobs on schedule
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Process documentation required for job on time and complete
- Mentor and guide junior technicians on best practices and techniques as needed
- Other tasks to support business, in shop or in field as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in cabinet installation, removal, or finish carpentry
- Strong knowledge of cabinet systems, hardware, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and project specs
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team on-site

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:
- Finish and or Trim Carpentry: 2 years (Required)
- Cabinet Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Working in customer facing role: 1 year (Required)
- Mitigation: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (Required)
