Victory Solutions Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Account Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on customer service, account support, and sales within a retail environment.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help new team members learn our products, services, and customer engagement processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries
- Explain available products, promotions, and service options
- Support new customer enrollments and account updates
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information
- Meet established customer service and sales goals
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for customers
- Collaborate with team members and management to support daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
- In-person position located in Fresno
- Retail customer-facing environment
- Standing and walking for extended periods may be required
- This position does not involve remote work
