The Role
We are looking for a PART-TIME / FLEXIBLE-HOURS Aluminum Welder with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
This is a position for someone who is highly skilled and experienced specifically in aluminum welding. We build a wide range of aluminum products and components, and we need someone who can consistently produce clean, detailed, high-quality welds without needing constant supervision.
You should have 5+ years of hands-on aluminum welding experience and be confident working with a variety of aluminum materials, thicknesses, joint configurations, and fabrication projects. Experience welding aluminum MIG and TIG is required.
Projects may include:
- Aluminum fuel tanks
- Truck steps and components
- Ladders and access systems
- Custom aluminum fabrications
- Structural and industrial components
- One-off prototypes, short runs, and repeat production work
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their weld appearance, penetration, consistency, and overall finished product. Some jobs require clean cosmetic welds and detailed work, while others involve larger fabrication and structural components. You should be comfortable adapting your welding technique to the job and maintaining a high and consistent level of quality across everything you build.
While aluminum welding will be your primary responsibility, you may also assist with fitting, cutting, forming, and general fabrication as needed.
If you're a highly skilled aluminum welder who wants to work on different projects, take ownership of your work, and grow with a company that is expanding — you'll fit in great here.
