Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Attorney specializing in Real Estate law to join our legal team. This role offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Duties
- Assist in managing, or Lead, real estate transactions from inception (attorney review or letter of intent) through closing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions for complex real estate matters while maintaining clear and constant communication throughout the process.
- Maintain organized case files using legal case management systems; track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all legal tasks.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the New Jersey state bar is required. New York state bar would be a bonus.
- Proven experience in real estate with a minimum of 2-5 years of practice.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills for drafting agreements and resolving disputes effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Spanish, Polish or Ukrainian Language abilities preferred.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
