As a New Home Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in converting company-provided leads into sales, guiding customers through the buying process while leveraging our CRM system in a dynamic, growing market.
Job Summary
The New Home Sales Consultant focuses on calling and converting company-provided leads, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals on manufactured homes. This role involves home tours, relationship building, CRM management, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and qualify company-provided leads, providing tours of model homes, explaining features, customization options, and financing to drive conversions.
- Follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person interactions to convert prospects into buyers; supplement with additional outreach as needed.
- Assist buyers with selections, contracts, and closing processes; collaborate with manufacturers and lenders for seamless transactions.
- Maintain and update leads, customer interactions, and sales progress in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Stay knowledgeable on inventory, market trends, and regulations for manufactured homes; ensure compliance with state laws.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals (e.g., 2-3 homes per month) through effective lead management and customer relationship building.
- Handle paperwork and post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in business/sales preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate or manufactured homes.
- Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing if not already licensed.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and outdoors in a retail sales lot setting.
- Proficiency in CRM and cloud software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), though not required, is a plus for diverse clientele.
