What You'll Do
- Review individual, business, trust, and partnership tax returns
- Prepare and review complex tax returns and supporting workpapers
- Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Research tax issues and communicate solutions clearly to clients and team members
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and individuals
- Mentor and support junior tax professionals
- Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and special projects
- Assist with managing workflow and ensuring timely completion of engagements
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance
- Experience reviewing tax returns and working directly with clients
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
