We’re looking for an Administrative Program Specialist A to serve as the first point of contact at the agency, creating a welcoming environment for clients, patients, and visitors and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly. Three years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR
A bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties:
As an Administrative Program Specialist A you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will:
- Purchase Supplies
- Work in MARK43 and LAGov
- Fleet Operations Movable Property
- Coordinate and update appointments using our scheduling system to keep things running smoothly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support the clinic team with everyday office tasks like data entry, filing, mail distribution, and general administrative support

Career Progression: This position
does not participate in a Career Progression Group (CPG).
Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday—Friday
Location: This vacancy is located in

Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
