About the Position
EverLine Coatings and Services is looking for a dependable and motivated Pavement Maintenance Technician / Line Striper to join our Houston-area crew.
You will work as part of a 3–4 person crew performing line striping, pavement maintenance, surface preparation, coatings, and related services for commercial clients throughout the Houston metro area.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate on EverLine's equipment, systems, processes, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has painting, construction, pavement maintenance, or similar hands-on experience and is comfortable working outdoors in Houston weather conditions.

- Parking lot and parking garage line striping
- Interior warehouse and facility striping
- Asphalt and concrete repairs
- Asphalt sealcoating
- Crack filling

What You'll Do
As a Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will use specialized equipment and materials to complete projects for parking lots, warehouses, garages, and other commercial facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate equipment used for line painting and striping
- Perform asphalt crack filling and sealcoating
- Assist with power washing and surface preparation
- Apply epoxy and other specialty coatings
- Help plan and execute high-quality projects
- Communicate job progress and requirements with the Operations Manager and Crew Supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free job sites
- Properly maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements
- Perform additional duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a crew
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot and cold weather
- Ability to perform physically demanding work involving extensive walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Painting, construction, pavement maintenance, or similar experience is preferred
- Experience operating paint sprayers is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow EverLine's systems and quality standards
Compensation
$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
