No recruiting or transportation experience? No problem. We provide the training—you bring the drive, communication skills, and desire to succeed.
Whether your background is in customer service, sales, staffing, hospitality, retail management, recruiting, or another people-focused role, this could be the career you've been looking for.
What You'll Do
- Interview candidates over the phone
- Match applicants with career opportunities across the country
- Create and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Communicate with applicants by phone, text, and email
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
- Build relationships and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
- Work with Operations and Management to fill hiring needs
- Track recruiting activity and hiring progress
- Help develop new recruiting strategies and advertising ideas
Every day is different. You'll spend your time connecting with people, solving hiring challenges, and helping candidates start new careers.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident on the phone
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and web-based software
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team

Schedule
Full-Time Monday-Friday
Occasional flexibility may be needed to communicate with applicants outside normal business hours.
