Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Empty trash and clean kitchen surfaces
- Follow all health and safety regulations in handling food and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
