Position Summary:
Tasks given by Team Leader daily, ensure that your responsibilities are completed in a Safe Manner, while ensuring Quality of product and Efficiencies are exceeded.
Primary Position Responsibilities:

Enforcement of Safety policy

Make sure Quality parts are being made, stop production if defective or unsafe parts or conditions appear

Load tubes into hoppers

Weigh, label, and move full containers to shipping rows

Bring empty containers to operators as needed

Bring components/containers/etc. to benders/welders

Help with shipping/receiving if needed
-
Empty wood bundling hopper and scrap hoppers during shift
-
Ensure 5's activities are being implemented and monitored

Assist in the problem solving and continuous improvement processes

Work overtime with little or no notice
-
Communicate and work effectively with direct reports, peers, and management
- All other duties as assigned by your Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager
