Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team, specializing in Lemon Law cases. Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of Lemon Law litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, motions, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies and stay current on relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including complaints, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
- Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to resolve cases favorably while maintaining client interests.
- Maintain meticulous case files and documentation in compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather evidence and build compelling cases.
- Stay informed on developments across various legal disciplines such as consumer warranty, product liability defense including "Lemon Law"
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in California.
- Seven or more years of private law firm litigation and trial experience.
- Proven experience in litigation with a focus on Lemon Law cases preferred.
- Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms.
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex negotiations effectively.
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes and case management software.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
