FULL-TIME RV SALESPERSON
$35,000–$55,000 PER YEAR
Georgia RV Outlet is a growing, family-owned new and used RV dealership in Cartersville, Georgia. We are looking for an experienced salesperson who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and understands the importance of following up with customers.
Previous RV sales experience is not required. We will train the right candidate on RVs, our inventory, and our sales process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers in selecting the right RV for their needs
- Answer incoming sales calls and respond promptly to sales leads
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers
- Show RVs and explain their features
- Answer customer questions throughout the purchasing process
- Work with our sales and finance teams to complete each sale
- Provide friendly, professional service from the first conversation through delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous professional sales experience is required
- Experience in automobile, RV, mattress, furniture, powersports, or other customer-facing sales is welcome
- RV experience is preferred but not required
- We will train the right candidate
- Must be outgoing, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Strong phone, communication, and follow-up skills are essential
- Must be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Regular Saturday availability is required
SCHEDULE:
Our dealership hours are 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
This is a full-time position with one weekday off each week. Some scheduling flexibility may be available, but Saturdays are required.
COMPENSATION AND EARNING OPPORTUNITY:
- Expected annual earnings of approximately $35,000–$55,000
- Hourly base pay plus commission
- Team-oriented, noncompetitive commission structure
- Actual earnings will depend on individual performance and sales volume
Georgia RV Outlet sells approximately 350–400 RVs per year, providing a genuine opportunity for an experienced salesperson to earn a good income.
We are not a cutthroat commission dealership. Our salespeople work together and help one another instead of fighting over customers. We believe this creates a better workplace and a better buying experience for our customers.
