Intake Specialist
Hastings Injury Team, PLLC is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Intake Specialist to join our growing personal injury law firm. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play a critical role in creating a positive first impression while helping potential clients through the intake process.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- In-office position only (No remote or hybrid options)
- we are located in Southpoint
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Conduct initial client intakes and gather relevant case information.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective clients as directed.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Pleasant, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, call center, medical office, or law firm experience is preferred but not required.
