Overview:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician on our team, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the optimal operation of our manufacturing facility through expert electrical setup, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and testing. This includes automated machines, process controls, and various industrial electrical equipment. You will also contribute to preventative maintenance efforts on production and building machinery, with a key focus on electrical components and controls and machine mechanics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to equipment errors and failures during production with a primary focus on electrical diagnostics and repairs.
- Address mechanical issues as needed, leveraging your understanding of industrial machinery.
- Assemble, install, and repair a range of equipment, with a strong emphasis on electrical and electronic devices.
- Utilize schematics and manuals to effectively troubleshoot complex electrical circuits.
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment, prioritizing electrical systems and components.
- Thoroughly test all repairs and installations to ensure proper electrical and mechanical functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of all work and parts used within our computerized maintenance management system.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including the ability to work any shift and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, with a significant portion focused on electrical maintenance and machine maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Working knowledge of industrial mechanics (gears, belts, bearings, couplings, drive lines).
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with gearbox, VFD, and sprocket maintenance.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Ability to work in various industrial environments.
- Strongly prefer experience with chiller systems, boiler systems, air compressors, 480v 3-phase AC and DC systems, and PLC motor control.
- Preference for graduates of industrial or electrical technology programs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- MUST possess substantial experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
