American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift travel assignment in a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit, with first-time travelers considered.

Position is in a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Every other weekend coverage required

Epic EMR experience preferred
-
13-week contract
-
Active RRT credential and state RT license (license required if applicable)

Current ACLS and BLS certifications (must be AHA-issued)

Experienced RT required; new graduates will not be considered

Must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

First-time travelers are welcome to apply, provided they have substantial RT experience

Upon assignment start, the unit manager may designate travelers to an Emergency Team, requiring them to remain at the facility during an emergency event or serve on a relief team

All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed and discussed during the interview process

All certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
