Responsibilities
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including preparing shipments, verifying orders, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Organize paperwork for all inbound/outbound activities.
- Manage stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and 3PL software.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipment weights to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting in all office activities including filing, monitoring company emails, answering the phones, and greeting customers.
- Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock management techniques.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to shipments.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and order processing.
