- Greet clients as they enter the shop; gather their information and make them feel comfortable while they wait. Schedule appointments for guest with barbers.
- Maintain a business-like attitude. You represent the shop. Greet people in a courteous and friendly matter.
- Offer guest refreshments and show guest around the shop.
- Answer the the telephone, check voicemails, relay messages to staff, and handle appointments.
- Be very knowledgeable about barbershop services and booking times.
- Check products in as they are delivered. Keep inventory current.
- Call guest to confirm appointments.
- Follow up calls. Call new clients and ask them about their experience and check for overall satisfaction.
- Sweep and keep the shop clean
- Handle the towel laundy and preperation for hot towels
