Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, Skid Steers, Dump Trucks, etc to perform landscape upkeep & Installs efficiently.
- Assist with planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to promote healthy growth and landscape aesthetics.
- Execute hardscape projects including the installation or repair of pathways, patios, retaining walls, or other outdoor structures.
- Follow all safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating various landscaping tools and equipment.
- Proven outdoor work experience with a focus on landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
- Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pest management practices.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques including gardening, tree trimming, hardscape installation, and general grounds upkeep.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance machinery such as mowers and trimmers.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety protocol adherence.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality work.
