What You Will Do as an AT&T Team Member
- Chat proactively with customers to uncover their wireless needs through warm, in-person conversations
- Recommend tailored solutions by matching awesome AT &T devices with the right data plans
- Support account setup by helping with activations and upgrades in a simple, friendly way
- Keep our devices and accessories organized and ready for customers to explore as an AT&T Team Member
- Drive performance by confidently presenting promotional offers and bundling services
- Share customer insights to help our team sharpen our sales strategy
What We Are Looking For AT&T Team Member
- You have a strong interest in sales and a people-first attitude
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred for our next AT&T Team Member
- You’re skilled at recommending wireless plans based on a customer's habits and budget
- You’re motivated to hit goals in a competitive market
