Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Shift Lead in a mid- to high-volume QSR
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Reliable transportation
- Must live within 25 miles of 2900 North Airfield Drive
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to provide two forms of government-issued ID
- Ability to work shifts required in an airport environment

Shift Lead Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
- Train & coach team members to ensure efficient, friendly service
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure top inspection scores
- Provide regular updates to management on policy adherence and team performance
- Lead and motivate the team to meet store goals
- Build strong communication and relationships across management and corporate teams
- Oversee on-the-job training, addressing performance concerns professionally
- Create a positive, energetic workplace with constructive feedback
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and accountability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the full shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform frequent bending, stooping, and twisting
- Ability to work in hot, close-quarter environments
- Prior experience is strongly recommended
