A professional IT Technician with experience (Full or Contract) in a large company enterprise support role, help desk / support call center experience, and / or onsite repair or other technical support position. PC Techs will install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Technician needs to display a working knowledge of existing POOLCORP support technologies. Looked-for skill set should include advanced troubleshooting strategies, desire to learn and implement innovative technologies, competent and efficient communication with users (ability to use simple explanations), and an aptitude for flexibility and multi-tasking in a challenging environment.
On a daily basis our PC Technician I:
Technician will represent POOLCORP IT in all situations in the best possible ways – and serve as a guide to those around them, setting an example of superior user support.
Technician will be required to report on site daily to the IT Headquarters in Covington, Louisiana.
