Our company is seeking a full-time Property Manager to support the operations of a boutique portfolio of luxury residential and mixed-use properties in Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn and West Queens. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can multitask effectively, work collaboratively with a team, and problem-solve in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations across residential and retail properties.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, apartment turnovers, and building repairs.
- Communicate with tenants and vendors to ensure timely, professional resolution of issues.
- Support building staff and maintain strong relationships with Superintendents and Porters.
- Conduct periodic property inspections and follow up on open items.
- Track and help resolve building violations, ensuring compliance with NYC agencies (Dept Of Buildings, HPD, DEP, ECB).
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering building supplies and materials.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the senior management team on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of residential property management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions quickly under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with property management software a plus.
- Knowledge of NYC building compliance requirements preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset with a “hands-on” approach to problem solving.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
