We are looking for an experienced Automotive Accounting Operations Manager with proven automotive dealership experience and hands on CDK experience. We are looking for someone who has already worked inside a franchised dealership accounting office and understands the pace, pressure, deadlines, schedules, and details that come with it.
We work hard, move fast, hold people accountable, and still know how to have fun. The right person will be organized, accurate and dependable.
You must have:
- Strong working knowledge of CDK
- Experience with processing payables
- Experience reviewing and maintaining accounting schedules
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to keep things moving
- Ability to work with managers, not against them
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Processing payables and receivables
- Bank Reconciliations
- Supporting daily deposits, funding, inventory, floorplan and payroll
- Process sales tax, W9s and 1099s
- Completing Month End tasks
- Helping build strong processes and accountability within the office
- Maintaining compliance, accuracy, and strong internal controls
