Litigation Paralegal
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range and Benefits: $100,000 - $115,000 per year along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401(k)
Position Type: Direct Hire, Hybrid (3 days onsite), Full-Time
LHH is working with a large national law firm in seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Downtown Los Angeles. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in business litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience. The role involves managing all aspects of the litigation process, including filing procedures in both state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial and appeal.

Manage eDiscovery processes, including document review and production.

Independently handle court filings and adhere to filing deadlines in both state and federal courts.

Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information and documents.

Maintain and organize case files and legal documents.

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
Qualifications:-
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business litigation.

Paralegal certification required

Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and processes.

Strong understanding of state and federal court filing procedures.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
