Discovery Counseling and Assessment Center is looking to hire a Licensed Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to join our thriving private practice (Provisionally licensed therapists such as LAPC's, LMSW's, etc. are also welcome to apply). At Discovery Counseling we have a very supportive, encouraging, and professional work environment. It is unique in that our team of therapists is like a family. We are looking for people who share our vision: clinicians both committed to and passionate about growing in their craft, as well as serving the needs in our community. We are a very general practice, but the “heartbeat” of Discovery is treating trauma. Caseload consists of about 50% adults and 50% children and adolescents.
Very competitive pay. Fully furnished office, front staff, billing, scheduling, and even credentialing is provided. W-2 status (rather than 1099, so employer pays 7.65% of your tax). Well-established referral base. Office is in a fantastic location, just off 34 in Sharpsburg.
