Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Build and maintain a healthy and motivated work environment
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence in all departments
- Achieve or exceed budgeted revenues and profitability
- Communicate clear expectations to associates and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
