Responsibilities

- Support customers with banking-related inquiries or financial services when applicable
- Maintain knowledge of retail math, basic math, and financial software to ensure precise calculations and record keeping
- Assist with loan processing or financial transactions as required by store operations
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing to maximize customer engagement
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Strong understanding of banking procedures and financial services is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency
- Familiarity with financial software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while managing cash flow effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
