Assist the GM/COO in all aspects of the Executive Office management by providing administrative and clerical support.
Essential Job Functions:
- Excellent internal/external Guest Service;
- Receive and screen phone calls and route to proper party; accurately record messages necessary;
- Communicate and maintain good relations with departments, employees, visitors, guests and vendors;
- Respond to and handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence directed to the GM;
- Provide routine and non-routine clerical support;
- Prepare and/or distribute reports as prescribed or requested;
- Maintain status of and coordinate all property projects;
- Coordinate the logistics for meetings and maintain a schedule for boardroom;
- Make decisions as appropriate in the absence of the GM;
- Ensure all Executive office deadlines are meet;
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
