Facial Specialist / Esthetician – Korean Skincare Expert (Training Provided)
Location: Brow Arc Salons – Montebello Mall
Are you passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping people look and feel their best? Brow Arc Salons is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Licensed Facial Specialist/Esthetician to join our growing team!
We are launching our new Korean Skincare line and are looking for someone excited to become our in-house skincare expert. We provide hands-on training with our advanced Korean skincare treatments, AI skin analysis technology, and customized facial protocols.
What You'll Do
- Perform customized facials and advanced Korean skincare treatments
- Conduct professional AI skin analyses and recommend treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare routines and home care products
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Recommend retail skincare products to maximize client results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Huge Plus!)
Experience with any of the following:
- Eyebrow Threading
- Facial & Body Waxing
- Brow Tinting
- Lash Tinting
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lifts
- Henna Brows
- Brow Mapping
- Other beauty services
The more services you can perform, the more opportunities you'll have to increase your income.
What We're Looking For
- California Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License required
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Passion for skincare and continuing education
- Sales experience is a plus but we're happy to train the right person
- Weekend availability preferred
