Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Reports To: Director of Operations
About Us
We are a fast-growing Last Mile White Glove Delivery company specializing in the delivery and professional installation of furniture, fitness equipment, appliances, and other large home products. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our delivery teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director of Operations.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products.
- Prepare and ship products for daily delivery routes.
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular inventory counts.
- Assist delivery teams each morning with loading products onto trucks.
- Answer phone calls and provide support to drivers and installation teams throughout the day.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and resolve operational issues.
- Complete local product pickups when needed using a company vehicle.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with the operations team to maintain high customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse supervisory or warehouse management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of furniture, appliances, fitness equipment, or similar products is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy products safely.
- Comfortable using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Forklift experience is preferred (or willingness to become certified).

Pay: $210.00 - $230.00 per day
