We are looking for a dependable, motivated Morning Café manager, who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping our café continue to grow.
Pay: $20/hr + tips
Hours:
Summer hours: 7:00 AM- 3:00/3:30 PM Regular Hours: 6:30-2:30/3:00 PM Tuesday-Sunday
Responsibilities/ Requirements/Qualifications:
- Flexibility with hours is required
- Open the café and ensure a smooth, organized start to daily operations.
- Must have barista and leadership experience
- Previous café or coffee industry experience required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and stay composed in a fast paced environment
- Oversee all morning operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency
- Lead, train, and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure all items meet café standards
- Assist with breakfast preparation and support transition into lunch service
- Collaborate with the PM manager to maintain workflow and prep needs
- Ensure all company procedures, safety standards, and health regulations are being followed
- Manage and help track inventory, ordering needs and product levels
- Provide excellent customer service, build relationships with guest and resolve concerns professionally
- Communicate clearly and consistently with staff and ownership
- Operate and maintain POS systems as needed
- Maintain organization, time management, and strong attention to detail during busy shifts
- Support ongoing staff development and uphold strong team culture
Pay: $20.00 per hour
