We are a Commercial General Contractor located in Corona, CA seeking a highly motivated, traveling Jobsite Superintendent to join our team for a retail project in Mission Viejo. Background in retail/commercial construction with TI/remodel/site work/ground up experience. We are licensed throughout the US and have a need for a candidate to be willing to travel on a regular basis. Please provide a resume with previous relevant experience.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include but not limited to:

Review blueprints and facilitate the job according to the plans and specifications.

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Send daily reports to project manager

Interface with project manager, inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Maintain clean work environment and high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Prioritize SAFETY in workplace

OSHA 30 hour certification
