We are seeking a Full Time Manager to join our team to work at our facilities in Mineola, NY and help in Amityville, NY as well. You would start in Amityville and transition to Mineola in about a month.
As an Manager you will report to the District Manager and are responsible for overseeing the operations of the store. Must be able to work Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide potential customers with information about the variety of available storage spaces and amenities.
- Meet and maintain monthly revenue goals.
- Contact delinquent customers to request payment.
- Maintain and ensure all areas are clean and free of any maintenance issues. Must have ability and be willing to perform light cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping windows, etc.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and climb stairs as well as use a 8 foot ladder and be on your feet at least 1/3 of the work-shift. Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull or move up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year experience in customer service industry.
- Previous sales, hospitality, retail or business management experience a plus.
- Microsoft applications Word, Excel a plus.
- Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays.
