Concrete Restoration Technician

About the Role
TX Premier Coatings is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Concrete Restoration Technician to join our team. This role focuses on repairing and preparing concrete surfaces for high‑performance coatings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform concrete repair, patching, crack filling, and surface restoration
- Grind, prep, and profile concrete using industrial equipment
- Apply epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and other coating systems
- Mix materials accurately and follow product specifications
- Operate hand tools, grinders, polishers, and other shop equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure all work meets TX Premier Coatings’ quality standards
Qualifications
- Experience in concrete restoration, coatings, flooring, or construction preferred
- Ability to use grinders, hand tools, and surface prep equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn advanced coating systems and techniques
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
