Inspiring Kids Academy, an accredited preschool, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our team! We are looking for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with toddlers (preferred)
- Familiarity with Frog Street Curriculum
- Knowledge of Teaching Strategies Gold (or willingness to learn)
- CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred
- DCF 45 Hours required
- Level 2 Background Clearance required
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Implement daily lesson plans using Frog Street Curriculum
- Conduct observations and assessments through Teaching Strategies Gold
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
