Maintenance Technicians – Fast-Paced | High-Energy | Growing Team
Centurion Maintenance & Remodeling (CCB #184760) is hiring full-time Maintenance Technicians! We’re a licensed, bonded, and insured company seeking motivated, low-ego, high-output individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on job.
If you’re skilled in flooring, plumbing, or remodeling, even better.
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional weekends or after-hours)
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and unit turns
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues and more
- Work independently and efficiently
- Provide great customer service to residents and team members
- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
Desired Skills & Experience (Not Required but a Plus)
- Knowledge of framing, sheetrock, electrical, and plumbing
- Experience with appliance installation and repair
- Proficiency in sheetrock installation and repair
- Ability to install windows and doors
- Bathroom and kitchen remodel experience
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently
- Strong attention to detail, motivation, and honesty
- Trade school training or certifications are a plus
