- Regular Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Miller ClearPath Customs Inc. is seeking an experienced Overseas Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate has experience working in overseas warehouses, Amazon FBA fulfillment, or 3PL environments and is comfortable handling shipping labels, data entry, and warehouse systems.
Responsibilities
- Print and process shipping labels for customer orders and outbound shipments.
- Enter order, inventory, receiving, and shipping information into warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Verify shipment information and ensure order accuracy.
- Assist with receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping operations.
- Update inventory records and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an overseas warehouse, fulfillment center, Amazon FBA, or 3PL environment.
- Experience printing shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon FBA, etc.).
- Experience with warehouse system data entry (WMS, ERP, or similar software).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Amazon FBA fulfillment experience.
- Overseas warehouse operations experience.
- Inventory management experience.
- 3PL warehouse experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
