Job Title: Hospitality Staff – Cooks, Servers & Housekeepers
Job Overview:
LGC Hospitality Staffing is hiring dependable and hardworking Cooks, Servers, and Housekeepers to support hotels, restaurants, senior living communities, event venues, and other hospitality operations throughout Whichita, KS.
These are temporary, on-call opportunities ideal for individuals who are reliable, professional, and enjoy working in fast-paced hospitality environments. Whether you have experience in the kitchen, guest service, or housekeeping, we have opportunities available based on your skills and availability.
Available Positions:
Cooks
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and client specifications
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal service
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during high-volume meal periods
Servers
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests
- Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders
- Serve meals and beverages according to client standards
- Assist with dining room setup, clearing, and resetting tables
- Maintain clean and organized guest areas
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
Housekeepers
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
- Empty trash and maintain clean, organized spaces
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies
- Follow all client cleaning and safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the position you are applying for preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments

- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs depending on the assignment
- Reliable transportation to various job sites throughout Akron
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
