Have you worked as a touch-up specialist exclusively for 4+ years? The job requires "erasing" scratches, replacing/correcting sheen and matching colors on projects and in client homes.
- Have you worked exclusively touching-up cabinetry/millwork FULL-TIME for more than 4 years in a row?
- Can you skillfully use Mohawk Finishing Products to repair dents, gouges, deep scratches, burn marks, broken corners, and edges?
- Are you a pro at Spraying all ILVA Catalyzed Finish, Paint, and Varnish?
- Do you know color theory for matching colors? ...and the effects of white and black on colors? Understand color intensity levels?
- Can you properly use Putty Sticks, epoxy fillers, sandpaper, adhesives, and aerosol finishes?
- Do you enjoy professionally interacting with clients and homeowners?
- Do you enjoy traveling to different project sites?
In this job you will need to know techniques to repair wood, laminate and other surfaces using aerosols, markers, and other popular products.
- Will your skills meet the needs of our clients - who demand nothing but the best?
- Are you comfortable working in clients homes and interacting with them and other subcontractors?
The pay rate for this position is between $20/hour and $44/hour - based on your skills and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ This job requires driving/ferry to our project sites throughout New England, in Boston, on the Cape and Islands. Having a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license are Required.
+ This job requires the ability to climb ladders, work on scaffold, climb staircases, and withstand heights.
+ Working conditions are normal for construction environment. This position may require lifting of up to 100 pounds, bending, kneeling, and working in outside conditions.
+ Skillfully and professionally interact with clients who are very particular and demand nothing but the best.
+ Knowledge of a variety of wood finishes and species.
+ Great communication skills - verbal and written with co-workers, clients, and other subs on jobsites.
+ Great work habits are necessary: proper safety practices must always be followed, strong time management skills, organized, cooperative, and dependable. Neatness counts!
