Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for managing guest check-ins and tracking table availability.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Address any guest concerns or inquiries promptly, ensuring positive guest relations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing excellent guest services and enhancing overall dining experiences.
