Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team on the afternoon shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all parts meet quality standards and specifications.
Duties
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools in accordance with blueprints and schematics.
- Interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and production documents to ensure accurate construction of products.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process utilizing measuring instruments and visual inspections.
- Handle manual tasks including component handling, positioning, and fastening while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements
- HSD/GED
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes including machining, soldering, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely.
- Commitment to safety practices including proper PPE use during all tasks.
