We are a growing real estate investment and property management company seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Regional Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance operations for our portfolio of:
- Manufactured Home Communities
- Apartment Complexes
- Single-Family Homes
- Multi-Family Properties
- Commercial Properties
- Self-Storage Facilities
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys both managing people and rolling up their sleeves when needed. You'll oversee maintenance technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and projects while helping maintain a high standard across our properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians.
- Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance operations.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors.
- Oversee renovation, capital improvement, and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and assist with complex repairs when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with property managers, vendors, and team members.
- Travel to properties throughout Western & Central New York (typically 1–2 hours each way).
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance or construction.
- Working knowledge of:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Carpentry
- Masonry
- Painting
- Septic systems
- Wells
- Experience managing employees, subcontractors, or projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also leading a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel throughout our service area.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
