We are looking for an experienced, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Team Member to join our team.
Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced dental office.
Compensation
$20–$28 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options confidently
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Collect and process payments accurately
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records
- Answer phones and handle patient inquiries
- Coordinate with the clinical team to optimize scheduling
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
Qualifications
- Required: Prior dental front office experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with dental software (or ability to learn quickly)
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and handling financial transactions
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- Optional half-day Fridays
