What You’ll Do
As a Medical Supply Processor, you'll provide excellent customer support while helping manage orders, benefits, and documentation for medical supplies.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls promptly and professionally
- Processing orders and verifying insurance benefits
- Requesting prescriptions and medical documentation
- Maintaining accurate billing and patient records
- Supporting monthly mailings and operational tasks
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, MN Board of Pharmacy, and accreditation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving billing rules and systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with sitting for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18+ and pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience in long-term care or pharmacy is a plus
- Familiarity with Brightree is helpful but not required
