We are looking for a Service Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing customers with detailed information about our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and is committed to providing the best experience possible.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their needs and concerns.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
- Document customer information and vehicle history.
- Maintain customer records and update them as needed.
- Communicate with technicians about repair and service issues.
- Inspect vehicles to determine the nature of service needed.
- Explain repair procedures to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
