Role Description We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple maintenance disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore production safely.
- Install, assemble, and commission new machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- Inspect equipment for wear, defects, and safety concerns, recommending repairs or improvements.
- Repair or replace motors, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, valves, sensors, drives, and other production equipment components.
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems, including motors, starters, relays, VFDs, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Perform basic welding, fabrication, rigging, and machinery alignment as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
- Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software is a plus.
- Welding, fabrication, and machining experience is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

- Precision alignment and bearing replacement
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as required.
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery in varying temperatures and environments.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed
